Data Processing Terms

These terms describe how personal data is handled when HCC Systems provides non-cyber business services.

1. Roles

Depending on the engagement, your organization may act as controller and HCC Systems as processor for service delivery data.

2. Processing Purpose

Data is processed only to provide requested business technology services, support operations, and satisfy legal obligations.

3. Security Measures

  • Access controls based on least privilege.
  • Encryption in transit and at rest where applicable.
  • Backups, logging, and operational monitoring.

4. Subprocessors

Infrastructure, communications, and payment providers may be used as needed. Equivalent data protection obligations are applied by contract.

5. Data Subject Requests

Requests for access, correction, export, or deletion can be submitted to privacy@infosechcc.com.
